A Message from Our CEO

My partners and I founded InTelegy to satisfy a need to bring outsourced expertise and discipline to an internal call center. Our vision is that the methodologies and resources required to effectively run a call center in an outsourced environment, combined with the control and organizational integration of your call center being onsite, can offer a unique competitive advantage to our clients. That competitive advantage is exceptional, flexible and cost effective customer contact.
