Getting Started to Create Exceptional Customer Service and Sales

- Business Assessment.
InTelegy invests some up-front FREE consulting to review your business goals, size customer service or inside sales resource requirements, and determine if InTelegy is the right answer for your business. Based on what we discover and an agreement on scope, we proceed to a proposal.
- Proposal.
This includes a scope of services and deliverables, estimated time line and fees. Upon signature of a Letter of Intent or contract, we schedule a call center consulting team to begin the first phase of work to create a Strategy & Plan.
- Strategy & Plan.
This practical two to four week consulting engagement creates the right strategy and plan for your call center based on your particular business strategy. It documents our analysis of your center requirements, the high-level process flows, systems and personnel requirements, project plan and detailed budget with forecast.
- Implementation.
During this 4 to 8 week stage, a team of InTelegy call center operations experts designs (or re-designs) and implements the call center in your facility. We build a scaleable model covering every aspect of operation, from process flows, call guides, email management, systems, telecom, and reporting, through personnel organization structure, compensation, and training. The deliverable is a service or sales "machine" ready for operation.
- Ongoing Operations Management.
No matter how good the planning and how thorough the development; a strategy is only as successful as the execution and on-going management. That’s why InTelegy isn’t a traditional consulting company- we are there in the end, ensuring success on all initiatives, helping your management team develop, celebrating as you achieve your goals. We will continue the transfer of knowledge to your management team to assist in preparing and analyzing the call center reports, analyzing the data and coaching the representatives on using the processes effectively.
